Hi there! I'm a User Experience Researcher based in Singapore. ​In my 6+ years of UX research career, I have worked leading tech companies including Google and Grab, where I helped shape designs, product roadmap and strategy for products used millions of users.

I’m deeply passionate about understanding how diverse cultures and contexts influence the way people use different products and bring insights back to the product teams to help them make user-centred decisions. 

 

I've led research initiatives for a variety of products including hardware, enterprise and consumer products across North America, EMEA and APAC markets. My research has helped shaped roadmap, designs and strategy for products used by millions of users.
